Update - Mtn View Mid School

January 18, 2005. Thanks to the vision and hard work of Companion Flag Ambassador Nancy Wilson, Bremerton's Moutain View Middle School became the first Companion Flag School on Washington State's Olympic peninsula! The school's beautiful new blue and white Companion Flag will be flown below the US flag as a daily reminder of human commonalities.

The flag was dedicated during the school's Martin Luther King, Jr. Day event. Three Peace Poles (planted on this date last year at the base of the school's flag pole) were also re-dedicated.
